Molly will get back to you to confirm our availability and to share general pricing information and seasonal flower availability.

If you feel we could be a good fit for you, we’ll ask to schedule a free consultation by phone call or in-person, to go through all details of your wedding, and decor/floral design vision and needs, so that we can produce an accurate quote.

This free consultation will last approximately 1 hour, and in it we’ll discuss:

  • Date, Time, and location for your event

  • Your vision for the look, feel and mood of your event

  • Desired color palette or flower types

  • Seasonal flowers available at the time of your event

  • Specific floral needs for your special people, cocktail hour, reception and more

  • Molly Oliver Flower’s unique approach to reducing waste

You can expect a fully detailed quote within a week of our consultation.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for reserving your date with us.

After booking us, what’s next?

Now that you have your floral designer, hopefully you can relax a little! All email communication is included; feel free to update Molly on wedding details as you feel you need to, or ask her input on other decor choices. If we don’t hear from you, you can count on Molly to reach out to you to schedule a second meeting, to be held 6-8 weeks from your event date.

In this second meeting (included in your package), we will review our contract and firm up all details. Your contract balance may go up or down, depending on how your guest count shakes out or how your budget flexes over planning months. Molly will make revisions to your contract, and after that, we’ll see you on event day!
